Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers – Post Shift 
Pilsner with incredibly crisp, cracker malt notes and beautifully dense foam interplaying perfectly with the herbal character of Seitz family hops 4.7% 

Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers – Dark as Hell 
An inky black lager brewed in the style of a traditional schwarzbier. Drinks surprisingly light with pleasant notes of chocolate and coffee 5.0% 

The Bold Mariner – 1944, Golden Pale Lager 
Crisp, soft, and crushable this beer features North Star Pilsner malt for a light sweetness and bready character, balanced by the subtle floral and spice notes of Aramis hops 5.0%

Samuel Adams Boston Lager 
Approachable, complex, and smooth with the perfect balance of caramel malt sweetness and spicy hop bitterness 5.0% 

Rogue Ales – Dead Guy Ale 
German Maibock, using Rogue’s proprietary Pacman yeast. Deep honey in colour and chock full of rich caramel malts and herbal hop nuances tied together with a balanced hop bitterness and a rich, hearty flavour 6.8%

DESTIHL Brewery – Blueberry Crumble 
Sour ale brewed with blueberry puree, vanilla, cinnamon flavour & lactose, giving a vibrant purple colour, sweetness & spice 5.2% 

Maui Brewing Co – Pineapple Mana Wheat 
Maui Gold pineapple gives sweet aroma to this smooth-bodied, tropical brew. Sweet and mellow flavour with modest tartness 5.5% 

Hinterland Brewery – Saving Gracie Gluten Free Sour Berry 
Tart, kettle soured, gluten free ale made from malted millet and buckwheat. Fruited with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries 4.0%

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co – Pale Ale 
Bottle-conditioned Pale Ale, medium bodied and packed with flavour and complexity from premium malt and single cone Cascade hops. An intense aroma of citrus and pine finds balance with the subtle sweetness of caramelised malts 5.6% 

Sweetwater Brewing - 420 Extra Pale Ale 
Highly drinkable extra Pale Ale with fresh hoppy notes of lemon, grapefruit and pine. Low perceived bitterness and a crisp finish 5.7%

Toppling Goliath Brewing Co – Pseudo Sue 
Single-hop Pale Ale showcasing the Citra hop in a well-balanced beer that’s delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious hop aromas of citrus and mango give a refreshing taste that’s bright with just enough bite! 5.8% 

AleSmith Brewing Co - .394 San Diego Pale Ale 
American strong Pale Ale brewed in tribute to baseball legend Tony Gwynn. Nice balanced hop aroma with light, flavourful malts and a subdued bitterness 6.0% 

The Bold Mariner Brewing Co – Tropic Thunder 
Hazy IPA aggressively hopped with strong flavours of pineapple and tropical fruits. Brewed with oats and wheat for an insanely smooth mouthfeel 6.0%

Montauk Brewing Co - Montauk Wave Chaser IPA 
A highly approachable IPA packed with four hop varieties for incredible tropical and pine aromas 6.4%

Coldfire Brewing Co – Cumulus 
Hazy IPA that’s cloudy, full bodied and rich in hop goodness. Flavours of peach, passion fruit and pink grapefruit dance on the tongue. Aromas of sweet tropical fruits spin the senses 6.5% 

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co – Hazy Little Thing 
Hazy IPA, unfiltered, unprocessed and raw to let all the fruit-forward and hop flavours shine. Juicy Citra, El Dorado, Magnum, Mosaic and Simcoe hops result in modest bitterness, intense hop character and a smooth finish 6.7% 

AleSmith Brewing Co – Party Tricks 
IPA with massive amounts of Strata, El Dorado and Citra hops showcasing notes of grapefruit, strawberry and passion fruit 6.8% 

Fremont Brewing Co – Head Full of Dynomite 
Hazy IPA. Slightly dank and tropical forward with mango, pineapple, and papaya, followed by orange and melon with some stone fruit, florals, lemongrass, honey, pine & light cereals. Mild sweetness and gently bitter 6.8% 

Mother Road Brewing Co – Tower Station Roadside Grove IPA 
Bright citrus flavours and exceptional colour from grapefruit, blood oranges and copious Citra hops 6.8% 

Hinterland Brewery – Jamaican Hazy IPA Sabro-hopped 
Hazy IPA with notes of tangerine, coconut, mint and tropical citrus fruits 6.8% 

Rogue Ales – Rogue PNW IPA 
A dank, piney IPA from the Pacific Northwest, crafted with a masterful blend of Chinook, Simcoe, Strata, and 102 Hop Lines Experimental. It unfolds with a piney bitterness from Chinook, earthy depth from Simcoe, tropical hints from Strata, and a crisp, fruity finish from 102 6.9%

Pacific North West IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of malts and lush, tropical hops reminiscent of lime, mango, and guava 7.0% 

Other Half Brewing Co – Green City 
Hazy IPA with juicy notes of peach rings, grapefruit, mango, and tropical candies. Loaded with oats for a creamy body that’s not too sweet. Centennial, Citra and Simcoe hops 7.0% 

Maui Brewing Co – OMG Hazy 
Hazy IPA brewed with aromas of orange, mango and guava from Loral Cryo, El Dorado, Citra Cryo and Mandarina hops giving a juicy, hoppy flavour with medium body 7.0% 

Mother Road Brewing Co – Tower Station IPA 
Unfiltered IPA with aromas of tangerine and pineapple. Pilsner and pale malts balance hop-derived flavours of grapefruit peel and pine 7.3%

A big, bold American IPA full of flavour and aromas from the complex citrus, pine and herbal character of whole-cone American hops. The Torpedo is the brewery’s revolutionary method of dry-hopping 7.2%

Hazy IPA featuring 2-row malt, flaked oats & wheat with Citra & Mosaic hops, providing dynamic notes of tropical, citrus fruits & berries 7.4% 

Cigar City Brewing Co – J’ai Alai IPA 
An intense bouquet of sweet orange, grapefruit, mango and pine entice the nose while flavours of clementines, Valencia orange and subtle caramel provide the counterpoint to an assertive bitterness and rich malt character. Uses six different hop varieties: Simcoe, Azacca, Centennial, Cascade, Eureka and Columbus 7.5% 

The Virginia Beer Co – Morning Ritual Blood Orange IPA 
Citra and Rakau dry-hopped Hazy IPA amped up by the addition of blood orange purée. Just enough citrusy zip to get you going at any time of day 7.5% 

Topping Goliath Brewing Co – King Sue 
This full-bodied, hazy DIPA has notes of juicy mango, orange, and pineapple from Citra hops and finishes with a grapefruit aroma 8.2% 

Cigar City Brewing Co – Florida Man Double IPA 
A modern DIPA with a tropical expression from a blend of hops including Pacific, Jade, Galaxy, Azacca, Lemon Drop and Simcoe, balanced by delicate peach esters from a unique Double IPA yeast and a dash of honey malt 9.4% 

Rogue Ales – Dead Guy Imperial IPA 
West Coast DIPA delivering a potent punch of hop-driven flavours, balancing intense citrus and pine with a sturdy malt backbone. Layers of tropical fruit and subtle herbal notes emerge, while a smooth yet full-bodied mouthfeel carries its substantial ABV. Complex and hop-forward 9.6% 

WHEAT 
The Bold Mariner – Monkey’s Fist, Coconut Wheat 
Hefeweizen brewed with pilsner malt, malted wheat, and flaked wheat, fermented with hefeweizen yeast. Conditioned on copious amounts of organic shredded coconut. Medium bodied with notes of ripe banana and fresh coconut 4.9% 

Allagash Brewing Co – Allagash White 
A classic example of a Belgian-style witbier brewed with oats, malted wheat, and unmalted raw wheat for a hazy, “white” appearance. Spiced with a special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, complex and refreshing. Light touches of bread dough, orange, lemon, black pepper, coriander, celery seed, and a hint of vanilla frosting give a medium body, a subtle sweetness and a touch of minerality on the finish 5.2% 

Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat 
Crisp and fruity with a hint of honey, brewed with Michigan cherries. Light on the palate, yet full of surprising depth and flavour. The cherries contribute a tart fruit character, while a touch of honey adds a slight sweetness 5.3% 

Hinterland Brewery – Hinterland Cherry Wheat 
A fruited wheat ale with Montmorency cherry juice and concentrate, Centennial hops and white wheat malt. Crisp, clean mouthfeel and light in body 5.4%

WILD, FUNKY OR SOUR 
The Virginia Beer Co – We Can Pickle That 
Gose blended with dill pickle juice to create a salty and surprisingly refreshing pickle sour 5.0% 

Side Project Brewing Co – Au Revoir Barrel Fermented 
Saison with watermelon and sea salt. Fermented on watermelons for nearly a year. Then select barrels were blended and finished with a touch of sea salt and conditioned for several months 6.0% 

Side Project Brewing Co – La Coterie 2025.1 
Blended Missouri Saison with a touch of white peach 6.0% 

Allagash Brewing Co – Honeyberry Tumble 
Sour golden ale aged on cherries and honeyberries. Lightly sweet, moderately sour 6.3% 

Coldfire Brewing Co – Cerise Rouge 2024 
Foeder fermented Sour Blonde base aged in a mix of white wine barrels, then refermented on Willamette Valley sourced Montmorency cherries 6.3% 

Urban Roots Brewing – In and Out of Focus 
A rye Saison aged with mixed culture of brett, pedio and lacto in an American oak foeder for two years. Fruity, spicy, lightly tart and funky with pronounced peachy American oak character 7.0% 


BIG OR EXPERIMENTAL 
The Virginia Beer Co – Pinwheel Oatmeal Vanilla Porter 
Robust Imperial Porter chock full of flaked oats and Madagascar vanilla beans. Warming without filling, sweet while not overpowering. Dessert in a glass! 9.0% 

Allagash Brewing Co – Allagash Curieux 
Belgian-style Golden Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and bourbon define this barrel-aged golden ale 10.2% 

AleSmith Brewing Co – Speedway Stout 
A big, bold American Imperial Stout with a light touch of coffee. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee and caramel. Locally roasted coffee enhances the dark chocolate flavours and a creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink 12% 

Toppling Goliath Brewing Co – Term Oil Coconut Monster Cookie 
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout with notes of fresh monster cookies baked with heaps of honey-glazed toasted coconut, a touch of peanut butter and candy-coated chocolates 12.3% 

Toppling Goliath Brewing Co – Term Oil Fluffernutter 
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for well over a year, with dry roasted peanuts, peanut butter, marshmallow and vanilla beans 13.1% 

Urban Roots Brewing – 2021 Chocolate Moustache Imperial Stout 
Imperial stout aged in Templeton whisky barrels for one year and then aged on toasted cacao nibs and Ugandan vanilla. Big chocolate aroma melds with bold stout flavours for a sweet treat 13.3% 

Urban Roots Brewing – Demons Run 2022 Coconut Vanilla Special 2022 
Vintage imperial stout. Over one pound per GALLON of coconut and two pounds of whole Papua New Guinea vanilla beans were added this year. A decadent treat rich with sweet candy flavours, rich bourbon, German chocolate cake, malt and oak 14.8%
