West Coast single IPA.  Pale malt profile with very light caramel notes leading to a dry finish.  Bitter hop flavour with tropical notes of mango, passion fruit and citrus.

Knuckle Sandwich DIPA 10%
West Coast double IPA.  Very bitter with pine, floral and citrus flavours.  Balanced by a huge malt backbone with notes of caramel and toffee.

Far Out Fog Hazy IPA 6.7%
West coast hazy IPA.  Fruity hop profile with tropical notes of mango, passion fruit and pineapple.  Extra body and lower bitterness

Guayabera Citra Pale Ale 5.5%
Citra hop imparts notes of tangerine, lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale. 

Jai Alai 7.5%
IPA.  An intense bouquet of tangerine and candied orange peel entice the nose while flavors of clementines, Valencia orange and subtle caramel provide counterpoint to an assertive bitterness and rich malt character.

Lime leaf, orange peel and fresh cut grass aromas prelude similar flavours on the palate with light salinity, crisp bitterness and effervescent carbonation making this the perfect cool-down beer.

American Pilsner - the most popular beer style in the world, modeled after the traditional pils beers from the Czech Republic. 

Cliff Jumper 7.5%
A citrussy, hop-forward IPA.  It has a simple grain base under an aromatic hop nose.  Brewed using a technique called Hop Bursting using a low amount of bittering hops and high amounts of late-addition hop.
